Remote Service
Remote service includes online video guidance and remote machine diagnosis. You can make an appointment with an engineer for video guidance to repair machines. If there is a problem with the program, we can fix it through the remote interface.

Field Service
Field service includes field installation and return visit. After machine arrives at the customer's factory, we will offer on-site installation service. In addition, our engineers also make regular return visits to check sheeters.

Quick Response
We have engineer team of 26, and set up service points in Southeast Asia and the Americas. We have the ability of quick response, can arrive at customers' factories to install or repair machines.

1-year Warranty
Our machines have one-year warranty. During the period, if machine is damaged by non-human causes, we will provide free machine parts, but the freight fee needs to be borne by the customer.

Parts Supply
We will give away a set of parts for free when cutting machine is shipped, including a tool box, The cost of parts within the warranty period is explained in the above; After the period, customer needs to bear the cost of parts and freight. We promise that we will provide after-sales service for each machine. Even if some parts stop production, we still will provide solutions.
